Where is my refund?Updated a year ago

It takes roughly 3-10 days for your return to arrive back at our warehouse. We ask that you allow us 1-3 business days after the return is marked as delivered for us to receive and inspect the product(s).

Once the refund has been processed, you will receive a refund notification email. Banks can take a few business days to get the funds back into your account. If it has been longer than 10 business days since your return was delivered to us and you have not been refunded, please contact us at [email protected].
