Our Genius Wine Opener, Genius Bottle-Top Aerator, Genius Vacuum Sealer, and Genius Foil Cutter come with a lifetime warranty that’s easily the best in the business. All other products come with a one (1) year warranty.

All that’s required from you is to send us an email at [email protected]. Include a picture of the product, explanation of the issue that you're experiencing, proof of purchase, and confirmation of the shipping address. We're happy to help!

NOTE: If you did not purchase directly through us (ie. at a home show), you will have to contact whomever you purchased from for assistance, as their policies differ from ours.
