We guarantee total satisfaction for all our products.

If you need to return any non-personalized item purchased through us, you can receive a full refund (less shipping costs) as long as you send products back to us within 30 days from your purchase date.

NOTE: Cork Genius is not responsible for costs associated with return shipping.

It typically takes us 7-10 business days to process refunds once we’ve received your items. When your return has been processed, we’ll shoot you a confirmation email to the address we have on file.

If you didn’t buy directly from us, we cannot accept your return or offer you a refund. You’ll have to contact the store you purchased from for help. 

We can’t accept returns on any personalized products. However, if your item is broken or defective, let us know by emailing warehouse@corkgenius.com.
