Fit the Genius Vacuum Sealer into your open bottle of wine and press firmly to ensure a tight seal. Gently pump the top of the sealer to remove oxygen from the wine bottle. The more room in the bottle, the more you should pump. Store the wine bottle upright or sideways.

To reopen, gently twist while pulling upward on the plug to break the seal. Rinse the vacuum sealer with a little dish soap, air dry, and store for next time.
