If your order has not shipped yet, please contact our support team at [email protected] immediately with your order number to request a cancellation. We fulfill orders quickly, so there is usually only a 24-hour window (or one business day) in which we can cancel orders. 

If you have already received the shipping confirmation email, that means the order has been fulfilled and we will not be able to cancel the order.
